29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section during testing or positioning of machines, equipment or components thereof: (a) On or about 04/17/2021 - Strapper #5 at Line #1 in the Strapper #2 position, authorized employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when performing periodic maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, observing and adjusting the chain tension in the Timing Belt Table Drive unit.
