29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use. (a) Throughout the facility; On or about April 22, 2021 and times prior to, the employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program for employees required to clean the firing range, the auger room and changing out filters are required to wear N95 and Kischers 6200 Half Face Respirator, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
