29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): The driver shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. If the load being carried obstructs forward view, the driver shall be required to travel with the load trailing: (a) On or about 04/13/2021 - Production Side Panel Sequencing Area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from forklifts carrying loaded and/or empty bins with the forks and load facing forward which obstructs the operators view of the path of travel.
