29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(16): Through fixed ladders at their point of access/egress did not have a step-across distance of not less than 7 inches (18 cm) nor more than 12 inches (30 cm) as measured from the centerline of the steps or rungs to the nearest edge of the landing area. (a) On or about 4/15/2021 - Assembly Line #16, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards because the employer allowed employees to access the roof from a ladder fastened to the railing of the catwalk that was positioned less than 7 inches from the eave and the full length of the manufactured home.
