29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) 4 Barnes Street, Ware, MA: On or about April 19, 2021, the employer did not provide a training program for employees exposed to falls as part of their employment. Maria Caguana Cela and Manuel Castro was previously cited for for the same violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503 (a) (1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1520554 citation number 2 , item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2021, with respect to a workplace at 184 Dalton Ave., Pittsfield, MA. On or about August 6, 2020 and at times prior Manuel Castro was cited for the same violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503 (a) (1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1488278 citation number 1 , item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2020, with respect to a workplace at 27 Cass Ave., West Springfield, MA.
