29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Note: Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace. Maintenance check includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure. Location - 74 Salem Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862 - Soil Pipe Room On or about 4/20/2021, a fire extinguisher located in the Soil Pipe Room was not inspected on an annual basis to ensure that it is in proper working order and that it is not damaged.
