At 219 Indian Creek Ct in Wentzville, MO - On or about April 13, 2021, employees were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 8 to 25 feet above an earth surface while preparing a roofing surface for shingles and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.
