29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about 4/15/2021 at the Top line, stacker, workers walking by or working near the traversing drive wheel were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards where the one-inch wide chain, four-inch and 18-inch sprockets were not guarded at 27-inches.
