29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. 100 Middlesex Ave., Suite 2, Carteret, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure exit routes were kept unobstructed. Employees engaged in warehousing activities placed empty wood pallets, merchandise, and pallets of merchandise in a manner which blocked the egress route. Violation observed on or about April 12, 2021
