In The Procter and Gamble Paper Products Co. Building 79, Albany, Georgia: On or about March 24, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that the local electric distribution company (Georgia Power), had installed and/or maintained the presence of protective grounds in its utility substation, located upstream of Building 79, thus exposing employees to electrical hazards.
