29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On or about April 6, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet while performing roofing activities on a commercial building located at 2660 West Market. The employees were using an articulating aerial lift to access the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were standing firmly on the floor of the basket.
