29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. Furnace Department Control Room: On or about 04/06/2021, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, as exit routes and exit access were blocked by a metal bench chair. b. Mobile Maintenance: On or about 06/01/2021, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, as exit routes were obstructed with a rack full of hoses. c. Containment Room: On or 06/01/2021, employees were exposed to fire hazards, as an exit access was blocked by warning tape indicating that the exit was unavailable.
