29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. On or about March 24, 2021, the employer failed to develop, document, and/or utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy when engaged in service and maintenance activities on machinery and equipment at the facility. The employer engages in the service and maintenance activities on machinery and equipment including, but not limited too; mechanical power presses, riveter machines, gluing table machines, etc.
