29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1):Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: On or about March 14, 2021 the employer failed to ensure that steel chain slings used for the lifting of a hydraulic press via a fork lift attachment contained permanently affixed identification markings. The chains used at the time of the lift contained no markings identifying the size, grade, or rated capacity.
