29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial trucks: a. At the US Lumber Group, LLC. outside yard, at 4627 JP Hall Blvd, on or about March 9, 2021, and at times prior, employee forklift operators exceeded the rated load capacity of the Combilifts while moving double stacks of 48-foot beam packs, exposing employees to powered industrial truck rollover hazards.
