29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Warehouse - Blast Freezer Exit Door - On or about 03/12/2021, employees who worked in the warehouse area of the facility were potentially exposed to fire hazards in that, there was a 8.5 inch high step in front of an exit door which was not marked with a caution sign. b) Warehouse - near Wrapper- On or about 03/12/2021, employees who worked near the area where boxes were wrapped were potentially exposed to fire hazards in that, there was a post and a wooden pallet of boxed product that blocked the exit leading to the shipping office.
