29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iii): Unstable objects were used as working platforms: (a) Building 5 (500): On or about March 2, 2021, an arrangement of six 2" x 6" wooden planks and two job-made wooden ladders were used as the working platform to hang drywall in an elevator shaft, exposing employees to a 30 ft-9in fall hazard.
