29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a. On or about 03/05/2021, at 8756 Pebble Creek Ln, Sarasota, FL 34238, employees were exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, in that, an employee was working at the edge of the roof without adjusting his lanyard so that if a fall was to occur it would not exceed 6 feet.
