29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about March 3, 2021, located at 6462 Albanese Circle, Lot 17, Dublin, OH 43017, the employer did not instruct all employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions while performing framing work. Jose Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301682, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 48, Waterbury Place, Powell, OH 43065. Jose Rivera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1337489, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 12216 Prairie View Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147.
