29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered only under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling, or alteration and such activities were not performed by only experienced and trained employees: a) Building Exterior Back: A pump jack scaffold was erected, without the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection moving dismantling, or alteration, on or about 3/3/21. b)Building Exterior Back: Tubular welded pipe scaffold was erected, without the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in erection, moving dismantling, or alteration, on or about 3/3/21 The GC Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 14450531, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/20, with respect to a workplace located at 81 Courtland Street Paterson NJ 07503.
