29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13):The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder: On or about February 25, 2021 during maintenance and repair activities, the employer did not ensure employees did not carry objects while climbing up extension ladders. An employee carried a hollow conveyor roller weighing approximately 30.5 pounds and measuring approximately 39 1/4 inches in length and 5 inches in diameter up an extension ladder.
