The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard were being followed. On or about 2/23/2021, The Greenbrier Companies, LLC DBA The Greenbrier Companies, did not conduct periodic inspections on their employees or for several machines in the plant to include, but not limited to the following equipment: a) Clearing Niagara 230 Ton Press, Model HBM-230-10-12; b) Accurpress 400 Ton Press, Model 740014; c) And, Standard Industrial Corp. 400 Ton Press Brake, Model J0040.
