29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects. a. On or about February 4, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working beneath the edge of the roof at the truss stacking area were protected from falling snow/ice from overhead, thereby exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
