29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) 38 Technology Drive; On or about February 1, 2021, employees were unloading liquids from tanker trucks that contained or potentially contained flammable natural gas condensate. Protective equipment such as Flame Retardant clothing was not used.
