29 CFR 1926.502(j)(7)(i):29 CFR 1926.502(j)(7)(i): Material and equipment shall not be stored within 6 feet (1.8m) of a roof edge unless guardrails are erected at the edge: On or about February 3, 2021, employees were exposed to construction material that was stored within six feet of the roof edge, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
