29 CFR 1926.451(d)(12)(i):When wire rope clips were used on a suspension scaffold, a minimum of three wire ropes clips were not installed. On or about January 29, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a suspended scaffold with wire ropes and two wire rope clips installed.
