29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Shop, Middle Aisle: On or about January 27, 2021 and at times prior, employees fabricating metal structures for plant use were exposed to trip hazards, in that power cords, extension cords, and scrap metal were in the middle of the walkway on the shop floor in a high traffic area.
