29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): The employer shall ensure that each employee has been trained , as necessary, by a competent person, in the nature of fall hazards in the work area: On January 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure each employee was trained by a competent person, in the nature of fall hazards in the work area, where employees were performing demolition, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the lower level.
