29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(v):The undercut was not of a size so the tree would not split and would fall in the intended direction: a) On or about 1/23/2021 at a logging site in the woods located near 6380 Klondike Road, Ripley, New York; an employee felling trees was not properly sizing the undercut and was bypassing the first cut preventing adequate control of the intended fall of the tree. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
