29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Lakewood Resource and Referral Center Inc. dba Center for Health, Education, Medicine and Dentistry (CHEMED) located at 1771 Madison Ave Lakewood, NJ, Testing Center: On or about 1/26/2021 and there after, the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees placed by Horizon Staffing Resources to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 virus while testing suspected COVID-19 individuals.
