29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: Employee was exposed to health hazards. Employee engaged in painting and coating activities in the main shop at the paint booth was exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. Employees are required to wear Half Face-piece North 7700-30M Part #7700-11M respirators when painting. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
