29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about January 13, 2021, located at 11473 Canby Ct, Lot 631, Plain City, OH 43064, the employer did not instruct all employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions while performing framing work . Framers were installing sheathing on roof trusses and installing other framing pieces on a two story home being exposing employees to a fall hazards greater than 13 feet. Orlando Uzhca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385160, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1348 Woodland Hall Drive, Lot 3708, Delaware, OH 43015. Orlando Uzhca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359182, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6417 Albanese Circle, Dublin, OH 43016.
