29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Employee was exposed to health hazards. Employee engaged in milling activities in the feed mill area was exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). Employees are required to wear 3M Half Face-Piece 6300/07026 respirators when cleaning the feed mill area. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
