29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: a) Neck Skinner Machine Area - On or about January 11, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that the periodic inspection certification of this area included the Neck Skinner Machine. Allen Harim Foods, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339370, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on June 6, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 18752 Harbeson Road, Habeson, DE 19951.
