29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): Where the employer provided portable fire extinguishers for employee use in the workplace, the employer did not provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) On or about January 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees who were expected to use fire extinguishers in the event of a fire, were properly trained on the use of fire extinguishers.
