29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a. On or about January 8, 2021, at First Baptist Church Atlanta, 4400 N Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA (in the ceiling, near the church bookstore area), the employer did not ensure employees upgrading the HVAC/VAV 277V electrical switch, de-energized the circuit and/or equipment, thus exposing them to electrical hazards.
