Broadway, Walbridge, Ohio, 43567: On or about January 6, 2021: In the Toolng Department, the employer used a temporary power cord as a substitute for fixed wiring in that the flexible cord was used on a continual basis to power a Enerpac Hydraulic Press there by exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
