29 CFR 1910.272(m)(1)(i):Preventive maintenance procedures in the grain handling facility were not implemented to provide regularly scheduled inspections of the mechanical and safety control equipment associated with dryers, grain stream processing equipment. The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards. This was most recently documented on December 31, 2020, at the worksite located at 438 County Road 11002, Adrian, Missouri. The preventive maintenance program did not address steps for inspecting the dust collection system consisting of cyclones and fans.
