29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck was not operated at a speed that would permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner: (a) On or about 12/27/2020 - 2200 7th Avenue SW, Cullman, AL 35055, at the receiving dock at the main travel aisle across from Door 82, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when powered industrial trucks were operated unsafely.
