29 CFR 1926.704(a):Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: On or about December 28, 2020 at the above addressed jobsite, employees installing precast planking on the second story of a commercial jobsite were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards due to a support beam not being adequately supported to prevent overturning and collapse. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
