29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: On or about December 16, 2020, on the west side of the jobsite employees were allowed to work from a makeshift scaffold erected with three (3) extension ladders that were ratchet strapped to the ceiling joist.
