29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: At the workplace located at 14200 Merritt Road, Grandview, Missouri 64030, an employee was exposed to a serious point of operation and amputation hazard. The unused portion of the table saw blade was not covered or guarded to prevent injuries to hands and or fingers.
