29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i): Powered industrial truck operators had not received initial training regarding truck-related topics: On or about November 30, 2020, employees operating the Clark Forklift, Serial Number G1383016072FA486, were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards because the employer had not provided training on the adaptations, use and limitations, altered vehicle capacity, altered vehicle stability, vehicle inspections, maintenance required, and operating limitations.
