29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) In the office area - throughout the site, fire extinguishers were missing signage, preventing employees from quickly locating them in the case of a fire, exposing employees to a inhalation hazard, on or about November 25, 2020.
