29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) At building 308, throughout the facility, on or about November 24, 2020, the employer failed to maintain free and unobstructed routes to exit the facility, in that boxes were stacked and blocking walkways and exits, thereby exposing the employees to entrapment hazards. b) At building 610, throughout the facility, on or about November 24, 2020, the employer failed to maintain free and unobstructed routes to exit the facility, in that boxes were stacked and blocking walkways and exits, thereby exposing the employees to entrapment hazards.
