29 CFR 1917.50(i)(2):Cargo handling gear provided by the employer with a safe working load greater than 5 short tons did not have its safe working load plainly marked on it. On or about November 24, 2020, the employer did not ensure that cargo handling equipment used to offload 1250 kg bags of sugar from vessels docked at the terminal was marked with the safe working load exposing employees to struck by hazards.
