29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a- 311-313 Williams Ave, Hasbrouck Heights NJ (Exterior Roof) : Employees engaged in roofing activities using pneumatic guns were exposed to struck-by hazards with the potential to cause eye injuries or loss. The employer did not ensure the use of appropriate eye protection for these employees, on or about 11/10/2020.
