29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. Location: 415 American Legion Highway, Boston, MA, 02131 Mobile technicians were exposed to the hazards associated with the release of the unexpected energization or start up of the machine while conducting repairs on leased machines where Powerscreen did not ensure employees were following the company's energy control procedures by conducting periodic inspections.
