On or about October 23, 2020, employees working in the stock room and the sales area of a retail store were exposed to struck hazards from the collapsing/ falling material/ boxes in that the materials/ boxes were stored/ stacked to a height/ in such a way that they were not stable and secure against sliding or collapse. DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number; 1463783, citation number 01, Item number 002, and affirmed as a final order on 06/30/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 581 Second Street Manchester, NH 03103.
