29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): Inspections and tests were not performed on process equipment: (a) On or about October 27, 2020 and at times prior thereto, in the Power House at the Anheuser-Busch Houston Brewery the employer failed to test the final element to trip and shutdown the fired boilers functions when the limit for ammonia concentration is exceeded. This condition exposed workers to potential fire/explosion and toxic release hazards. (b) On or about October 27, 2020 and at times prior thereto, in the Power House at the Anheuser-Busch Houston Brewery the employer failed to test the final element to trip the ammonia compressors function when the limit for ammonia concentration is exceeded. This condition exposed workers to potential fire/explosion and toxic release hazards.
